My Story

Those who dedicate themselves to the practice of professional Coaching have a thing in common: They are professionals in a different field, and after having experienced a Coaching process, they decide to take the leap and share their experience with other people.

My story is no exception.

Mi name is Martha González, I graduated in 1999 with a bachelor's in Administrative Computer Systems from ITESM – CEM. Since 2017 I am also a Personal Development Coach.

Throughout my professional IT career I was able to explore diverse opportunities, taking on various roles until I achieved my main goal: Becoming a Project Manager..

In 2008 I achieved a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) , and I have kept my credential in good standing since.

Mi career up to that moment was fulfilling and not without challenges, always nurtured by professional relationships and responsibilities that were ever increasing.

Without a doubt, my professional life enriched my personal life and vice versa.

In 2015, my career came to a stop due to changes in the organization. That same year I got married and moved to a new country, transforming my life in ways I never imagined.

In this context of constant change, I found Professional Coaching for the first time while attending a workshop to prepare me for my new environment. I discovered my true passion, helping others grow and develop professionally, things that I was already doing to some extent in my previous role.

After facing numerous personal transitions and challenges, I decided to leave my comfort zone and embrace a new mission: Becoming a Personal Development Coach, and helping people discover their potential, create their Life Plan alongside an action plan to truly achieve their goals.

With the unconditional help and support from my husband, I am dedicated to my growth and I am on my way to achieve the Associate Certified Coach, ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

International Coaching Federation

It is a nonprofit organization seeking to set standards for the practice of coaching, through a 3-level certification and establishing a code of ethics to which all active members abide by.

Today, as an active ICF member, I am bound by the highest industry standards and to a rigorous code of ethics. I am guided by the basic competencies of Coaching according to ICF.

Mi experience as a project manager allows me to offer a structured and effective approach to help you create and execute your Life's Plan.

I have developed this platform to offer information, and I invite you to participate in the challenges and workshops I hope you find them of interest and beneficial.

As Coach, I'm here to walk along with you in your personal development journey, helping you design and write down your Life's Plan, and to achieve your goals with clarity and purpose.
